Fingers Crossed Our Doors Will Open Again Soon

Well we are now in the second week of Lockdown, to be honest I sort of was expecting it, but our doors maybe closed temporarily at Uppingham, but the door at my online store is always wide open.  It may be extremely frustrating to be closed but it does give me the much needed time to get all of the amazing new collections I have sourced online for everyone to enjoy.  Plus a little bit of family Christmas shopping, (which I am trying to do with all the local independents online) and have started the much "Needed and Wanted to see" The Crown!! 

I love spending my time personally hand picking items to add to my growing collections, the one thing I am missing is going to some of the smaller trade shows which are dotted around the country and going to makers fairs, where I try and pick up new up and coming designers to feature in my shop.  One of the new designers I have included in my store at Uppingham is Nicki who is the extremely talented artist of Magpie and Tamborine.  Gorgeous glass cloches with the cutest of animals in different poses surrounded by all different little trinkets. These are only available in store, so if your passing have a peer in and you will see them sitting on the shelf and there are a couple in my window.

Well Christmas is only round the corner and I really do hope that I can open my doors before the big day itself, just so I can see all my lovely customers and wish them a Merry Christmas and maybe enjoy a sneaky glass of Fizz and Mince Pie with them.  But in the mean time, please take a look at my online store, as I have some Beautiful Decorations and Great Gift Ideas for all the family.  Please try and support the Small Independents, we all really do appreciate it more than ever this year xxx
